Community Gardens for Family Economy and Sustainable Nutrition

Fundamental workshops were held in four regions, namely Malang, Bogor, Kediri, and Aceh. Each location welcomed 20 participants to strengthen community capacity in the local food supply chain for MBG. Each workshop served as a practical learning space tailored to the regional context, connecting community leaders, SPPG, and relevant agencies to build a fair and sustainable absorption system.

Competency requirements

Raw Material Absorption by SPPG

Raw Material Absorption by SPPG

This material equips participants with an understanding of the SPPG mechanism in absorbing raw materials, permaculture principles, commodity needs, as well as pricing schemes and purchasing flows. Participants develop a canvas-based absorption model, a map of raw material needs, and a draft community-SPPG flow that is ready to be implemented as a basic operational standard.

Community Institutional Development

Community Institutional Development

Institutional materials encourage participants to formulate farmer organizational structures, community workflows, capacity building needs, and social permaculture-based decision-making patterns. The output is a comprehensive institutional model: organizational processes, input requirements, and strengthening recommendations that form the basis for joint governance.

Business Model Alignment

Business Model Alignment

This session aligns the role of the community with the needs of SPPG through a simple business model. Participants develop value propositions, roles between actors, financial simulations, and sustainability strategies. Outputs include a five-component BMC, daily operational flows, and the integration of planting, harvesting, and absorption processes to ensure an efficient and stable supply chain.

Community Platform Development

Community Platform Development

The platform material focuses on developing minimum features for the community, including a farmer progress dashboard, SPPG requirements, and quality recording. Participants determine monitoring indicators, data communication flows, and the community-SPPG integration roadmap. The output is an MVP platform design that is ready to be developed in the pilot phase
